You can purchase a FTTP (Fibre-to-the-Premise) router at any technology retailer such as Officeworks, JB Hi-Fi and/or Harvey Norman.
From time to time network outages may occur. Often these will be planned and communicated to your Service Provider. Sometimes outages may be unplanned due unforeseen events. Click here to check if your address is affected by an outage and track status changes.
Introducing the New Dwelling Activation Fee (NDA)
What is the NDA Fee?
The NDA Fee is a government policy that has been effective since 2 April 2016. It's like the fee you pay when connecting your utilities for the first time. In this case, it's for your internet connectivity. Essentially, it's a once-off $300 fee (including GST) that every household pays when connecting to the internet for the first time.
With SUPA Networks, we offer a 30-day free subscription to connect to the internet before collecting the NDA Fee.
Just remember to pay your NDA Fee on time to avoid any service interruptions.
Who pays the NDA Fee?
The owner of the property is responsible for the payment of the NDA Fee. If you're a tenant, you should discuss payment arrangements with your landlord. They may have already paid the fee during settlement of the property, or you can arrange for a reimbursement.
If your landlord is unwilling to reimburse you, you may seek advice from your State or Territory consumer protection agency, as they may be required to reimburse you.
How to pay the NDA Fee?
First, select your preferred Service Provider.
Should the NDA Fee apply, please click here and select your payment options.
Option 1: Full Payment: $270.00 Including GST (10% discount)
Option 2: Installment Plan: Fixed monthly payments of $100.00 including GST for 3 months.
Please note: If you choose the Installment Plan, it will be a monthly recurring charge, and the NDA Fee will be collected once your 30-day free subscription ends.
Plug your ethernet cable to the WAN/Internet port at the back of your router and the other end into the YELLOW Port 1 in the black box (NTD: Network Termination Device)
We acknowledge the traditional owners of the country on which we work, and pay our respects to them, their culture and their Elders past, present and emerging.
